Hello Sunshine
In November, the days get shorter and the air gets cooler, which makes everything seem gloomy. The weather gets cold, so most people stay indoors where it's warm and cozy. However, even though it's cold, it's important to remember the value of going outside, even for a little while. Going outdoors each day, even briefly, allows us to enjoy the sunlight that comes through the clouds. It refreshes us, breaks the monotony of staying indoors, and helps us feel connected to nature. Sunlight is important for our sleep cycle as it regulates our body's natural rhythms. It tells our body when to increase and decrease melatonin levels, which helps us sleep better. Sunlight also boosts our mood and makes us feel happier and more relaxed because it increases our body's serotonin levels. Spending more time in natural light might also help with seasonal affective disorder, which is a change in mood that usually occurs during the colder months with less daylight.
I love being active outdoors, especially hiking. Exploring new trails, breathing fresh air, and admiring stunning views invigorates me. Hiking disconnects me from daily life, immerses me in nature, and brings tranquility.
Go outside, walk every day, and enjoy the sun! Spend time in nature, find hidden gems, and reconnect with yourself. I'm eager to hear about your amazing stories and adventures.
